Stage 1

Resume Review

Our HR team has received your application and we are in the process of reviewing your resume. Should your skillsets and experience match what we are looking for, we will reach out to schedule some time to connect. You should expect an email, so be on the lookout in your inbox.

Stage 2

Phone Screen

This is a 30-minute phone call with a member of our hiring team. The purpose of this call is to review the position in greater detail and ensure we are aligned on responsibilities and expectations.  

Stage 3

Team Interviews

After your initial phone call, you will meet with various members of the team to take a deeper dive into what it takes to be successful in this role. This is a chance for you to ask questions about T2, team goals, culture, and more.
